About This Timepiece
Serial: 6.8M Case: Case shows very light signs of wear for its age. The fluted bezel is in phenomenally sharp condition. Lugs are very thick and show factory finishing. Dial and Hands: Extremely rare silver linen dial showing light signs of aging with tritium aging to a honey like hue. Hands are a lighter shade. Bracelet: Generic leather strap. Accessories: Service paperwork from an independent watchmaker in California. Notes: An extremely rare and my favorite Day-Date dial from this era. The silver linen dial gives the watch the depth and pop to stand out from every other dial while being subtle. The closer you look the more you experience.
